CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR 203/12 dated 18/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Chaudhary Singh R/O Vill. Tatua Nehayal PO Manoh Tehsil Jawali (Fatehpur) Distt. Kangra (HP) that he is driver with truck (HP20C-0239) and on 17/11/2012 he was going from Manali to Mehatpur and when he reached near PWD Rest House Sundernagar, a car (CH04-1328) came from Slapper side very rashly and struck with his truck and all three occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Sarwan Kumar I/C TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 309/12 dated 17/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/O Sh. Janak Singh R/O VPO Sayotha Tehsil Sambha (J&K) that he is working as labourer in the shop of Virender Saini and at  about 5.30 PM he saw an auto (HP05-1349) came from Sabji Mandi side very rashly and negligently and struck his auto with the railings due to rash and negligent driving. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 17/11/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Kutti PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 17/11/12 he was going by three wheeler (HP05-1709) and when said three wheeler reached at Kutti a car (HP03C-5959)came from Karsog side very rashly and struck with three wheeler but nobody else sustained injuries. HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

4.      Case FIR No. 311/12 dated 18/11/12 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Guddi Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Garli PO Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 17/11/12 at about 6 PM she was working in her courtyard, in the mean time pet dog of Sant Ram S/O Sh. Dhiru Ram resident of same locality came there and bite her from her leg. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5.      74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
