CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 A Case FIR No 126/12 date 5/11/12 U/S 341,323,506,34IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.Nokhu Ram S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O Kalai P.O. Gohar Tehsil Chachiot that on 4/11/12 at about 6:30 PM when he along with Gopal chand were going to his home in mean time Mohan Lal and Hira Lal obstruct their way and beat both of them and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Subhash Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
2 Case FIR No. 298/12 dated 5/11/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Dhalwani P.O. Lagdhar Teh. Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 3/11/12 at about 7:30 PM Baldev R/O Roparu Teh. Sadar Distt. Mandi beat him up . HC Durga Dass No. 408 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 33 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 6400/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.300 -/was recovered during last 24 hours
