CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , MISCHEIF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 125/12 dated 05/11/12 U/S 341, 427,506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh  R/O  Bassi Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi  that on 04/11/12 at  about 8:30 PM he was parking his Car (HP32-5100) in mean time  Gopal Krishan came there, obstructed his way, damaged his car  and also threatened him with dire consequence . HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O.  of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No.175/12 dated 05/11/12  U/S 279,337,394 A IPC has been registered  in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Hasham Ali that today a  Car   (HP29-1669) and a truck No.(HP51-3454) were collided at Ladruhi in which a lady namely Twinkle died on the spot and driver the car sustained injuries.  ASI Hasham Ali I/O of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

3.      Case FIR No. 296/12 dated 04/11/12 U/S 279 IPC & 184MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh.Lachhi Ram R/O Kot  P.O. Balag Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi that on 04/11/12  at about 9:40 PM  he parked his Car No. (HP31B-1216) near ITI MAndi  in mean time another (HP63-3293) came very rashly  and struck with his parked car. ASI Brij Lal I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 297/12 dated  5/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI Brij Lal that Hem Chand  S/O Sh. Tara Chand VPO Balt struck his car (DL9CD-1523)  by his Tractor  (HP-65-3015) due to rash and negligent driving by him.  ASI Brij Lal l I/O of  PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case .

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT 

5.      Case FIR No 193/12 dated 05/11/12 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint  of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Shankar Ram R/O Sanoh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi that on 5/11/12 at about 9.15 PM  he was present  in his home, in the mean time  he heard a loud noise and came out from his house and saw a truck (HP69A-4483) fell downward from the road  and found that Rakesh Kumar S/O Shyam Lal R/O & P.O. Dhar Tatoh died on the spot. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by  driver of above truck. ASI Gulab Singh I/C of  PP Dehar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 5/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.Brestu Ram S/O Sh. Tek Chand  R/O Kalanger P.O. Nagwain  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/12  at about 5:45PM when he along with his mother –in-law, Smt. Jam Kali  were crossing the road at Jhiri in mean the time a M/Cycle No. (HP33B-7767) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit his mother-in-law, Ram Kali. This incident occur due to rash and negligent riding by M/Cycle rider  Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O & P.O. Kothi Gehari  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Anil  Kumar SHO P.S.  Aut  is investigating the case.

7.      7 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
