CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1 Case FIR No.176/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S 341, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh.Pyar Chand R/O Sanda P.O. Ootpur Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP)that on 07/11/12 at about 12:30PM while he was present in the marriage ceremony of his cousin ,Vicky at Khaddar in mean time two unknown persons came there and obstruct his way and beat him up. He sustained the injury. ASI Govind Pal I/C of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
2 CaseFIR No. 87/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S (20, 29 of NDPS Act) has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony by SI/SHO Firoj Khan that today at about 12:15PM he laid a Naka along with other police officials at Naresh Chowk Road , in mean time he recovered 880Gms. Cannabis ( Charas) from the possession of Balwinder Singh S/O Sh. Hardev Singh R/O Ghanuari KadanP.O. & Tehsil Dhuri Distt. Sangrur (PB) & Kulwinder Singh S/O Sh.Sardar SukhDev Singh R/OHouse No. 348/8 P.O. and Tehsil Dhuri Distt. Sangrur(PB). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI/SHO Firoj Khan P.S. BSL Colony
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No.328/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.Chaman Lal S/ONagnu Ram R/O Sai P.O.Sai Kharsi Tehsil & Distt. Bilaspur that while he was coming along with his Truck No. (HP24C-6477) from Kullu when he reached ner Chowk in mean time One Motor Cycle No. (HP31-4294) came rashly from Dadour side and skit due to rash riding. Both the person sitting on the above said Motor cycle sustained injuries. ASI Baldev Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
4 60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,950/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
