CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMIINAL INTIMIDATION

1              Case FIR NO. 208/12 dated 23/11/12 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Tota Ram  R/O House No. 269  Ward No. 4 P.O. Chatrokhari  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 20/11/12   at about 9:54 PMwhen he was present in his  home in mean time Rajeev Kumar came along with two persons and entered into the courtyard of his house and beat him  along with his brother Chet Ram and also threatened with dire consequence .HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2              Case FIR No. 89/12 dated 23/11/12 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the  complaint of  Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O late Sh Kanshi Ram R/O Rihyan  P.O. Mahadev Tehsil Sunder Nagat Dsitt Mandi (HP)that on 23/11/12 at about 6:00PM when  he was going to his  home in mean time   Smt Neha  , Rajani and wife of Daya Ram obstruct his way and beat him. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I/O of P.S.BSL Colony is investigating   the case .

CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3        Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 24/11/12 U/S  323, 381, 427, 452 , 500, 471, 504, 506 . 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram  R/O Khohali  P.O. Ahju  Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi  that he is a Medical practioner at Bir   on 16/11/12  he deposit the  Rs. 200 for the connection  of water but the fitter Kamkesh Kumar demanded for the Rs.150/- for the connection charges but did not give the receipt and through RTI  complainant got the information that Smt. Rita Devi, Kamesh Kumar , Harish Sharma Asst. Eng., Roshan Lal, Sharwan Kumar Mahender Singh, Ramesh Kumar , Ashok Kumar , Vinod Kumar SDO  IP&H harassed  him and also threatened with dire consequence .ASI SatPal I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case .

4        88challan were issued and fine of Rs. 11,150-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 8 challan were issued  and fine of Rs.800 -/- recovered under COTPA and 1 challan issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
