1. Case FIR No. 325/12 dated 3/11/12 U/S 451, 323,504,506 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Amar Singh
R/O Bah P.O. Gagal Distt. Mandi that on 3/11/12 at about 7:30PM Dinesh Kumar
entered into the courtyard of her house and beat her up and also threatened
with dire consequence. HC Ram Singh No.66 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the
case.

2. Case FIR No. 326/12 dated 3/11/12
U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint
of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Megha Ram R/O Bah P.O.Gagal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi
that on 3/11/12 at about 7:30PM Amar Singh, Deepak Kumar, Chanchal Kumar and
Krishna Devi obstructed his way and beat him up along with Fagnu Ram. HC Ram
Singh No.66 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

ASI Sohan Lal that on 3/11/12 at about 3:30 PM when said HC was on duty along
with the Flying Squad Assembly Constituency Karsog at Seri Saranda then he recovered 9000ML
English wine from the possession of
Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O
KeloDhar P.O.Karsog from his Car No.
(HP02M-0177). Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being
carried out by ASI Sohan Lal I/O of P.S. Karsog.

been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by SI Satish Kumar

Chairman of BDC and on 03/11/12 at about 10 AM after election meeting he and
Sanjay Kumar, Himat Ram , Biri Singh , Tek Chand and Rajnal were going home in
Vehicle No.( HP01M-1015) and reached near Tanehar School then Amit, Vikki,
Simpi, Pawan Kumar, Vikki , Minti, Bhup Singh , Bimal Sajay Kumar Amrit Lal
,Naresh Kumar and Anil obstructed their
way, beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence ASI Susil kumar I/C of
PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

house by his Vehcile No. HP28A-1760 in mean time Roop Lal S/O Bachhan Singh,
Rajmal S/O Hira Singh and Biri Singh S/O Nanku Ram obstructed his
way and also threatened with dire consequence.ASI Susheel Kumar I/C of PP

CASE FIR NO.298/12 dated 03.11.12 U/S 341,
353, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP
Dharmpur. He along with Police team was present at village Tanhed to verify the
facts of a report lodged vide Daily dairy No 18 dated 03.11.12 regarding
beating of Sh Karm Chand, Biri Singh, Sanjay Kumar and Raj Mal etc. He recorded
the statement under section 154 CrPC of Sh Karm Chand and he was bringing the
injured persons to CHC Dharampur for medical examination, when he along with
four ITBP Personnel reached at Behari on a private vehicle then Sh Mahender
Singh alongwith 100/150 of their supporters came there and Sh Mahender Singh
and his son Rajat Thakur obstructed the way and grabbed uniform of ASI Sushil
Kumar. Sh Mahender Singh and his son abused ASI Sushil Kumar and deterred him
from discharging his duty as public servant. On this, a case FIR No 298/12
dated 04.11.12 U/S 353, 341, 34 IPC has been registered at Police Station
Sarkaghat and investigation is going on.

Distt.Mandi that he is the Vice- President of Gram Panchyat Ner-Gharwasda on 03/11/12 at about 11:15 when
he was coming from machyal by car No.(HP29B-0007) along with Rakesh, HansRaj
and Ashish Kumar in mean time Vickey Kumar, Bittu, Prem Pal , Sansar Chand and
Naginder Kumar all of R/O Manoh P.O. Bassi obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Sanjeev
Kumar No. 58 I/O of PP Bassi is investigating the case

Aunty kanta Devi in his Car No. (HP29A-0900) and reached nearby Pabo road in
mean time Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Dev Sharma R/O & P.O.Jhamehar obstructed
