CASE OF THEFT

1          Case FIR No.  104/12 dated 7/11/12  U/S 379,34 IPC  has been registered  in P.S.Aut on the  complaint of  Sh.  Delip Singh  R/O Dhaeal P.O. Raha Distt Mandi (HP) that on 7/11/12 when he was sleeping  in his house then he heard the noise of steeping  on the roof   and found  Shanu Ram S/O Vikaramu Ram R/O Nagwain  Distt Mandi  (HP) , Prem Singh S/O Sh.  Bhamu  Ram R/O Khini P.O. Thaulot   Distt Mandi (HP)  were  Cutting  the  telephone wire having lenth about 61Mtr. in the Village of Dharel . HC Jadish Chand I/O of P.S. Aut Distt Mandi (HP) is invesdtigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT                

2          Case FIR No. 299/12 dated  6/11/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.Sadar by HC Joginder Pal that  on  6/11/12 at about 5.20 PM when said HC was  on patrolling along with police staff  at Sadyana then on the secret information he recovered the 5000Ml illicit liquor  from the possession of Girdhari Lal S/O Palas Ram R/O Sadyana  from his shop. HC Joginder Pal No.5 I/O  of SIU Mandi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER   FOREST ACT

3          Case FIR No. 85/12 dated 7/11/12 U/S 41,42 of Indian Forest Act & 379 IPC has been registered  in P.S. BSL Colony by ASI Trilok  Chand  that on today at about 7.20 AM while he along with police party was on Nakabandi at Naresh Chowk then  he  recovered 135 kg walnut wood and 25 kg Nagchatari from the possession of  Prakash Chand S/O Sh Beli Ram R/O Nehra P.O. Gadagusani Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi(HP)  from his Car No.( HP-32B-0763).Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Trilok Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Colony.

 CASE OF PROCLAIMATION

4          Case FIR. No 86/12 dated 7/11/12 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered  in P.S. BSL Colony by  HC Chint Ram  that  on today at about 12.15 PM while he  was on patrolling along with  police official   at BBMB Chowk   then he arrested the  Proclaimed offender  Gian Chand S/O Sh. Lala Ram R/O VPO Mahadev .HC Chint Ram No 873 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT .

5          Case FIR No. 183/12dated  7/11/12 U/S 451,323,34 , IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Saran S/O Sh. Muni R/O Bag Salana P.O. & Tehsil karsog  Mandi (HP) that that  at about 8AM when he was present  in his courtyard  of his house  in mean time Krishan S/O  Sh. Chet Ram R/OBag Salana P.O. & Tehsil karsog Distt Mandi (HP) & his wife Smt. Pushpa Devi came  into his courtyard of his house  and beat him up. HC Ranjeet Singh No.71 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 327/12 dated 7/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been regisdtered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Bagla the Sadar Distt.Mandi that at present Deepak Dhaba Bagla  that today 8:30AM  when he was present at Bagla in mean time One Motor cycle A/F came rashly from the Ner chowk Side and the rider of the above motor cycle lost  the control upon the Motor Cycle and  met to an accident. HC kewal Singh No. 20 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

1.     79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,850/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challan issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.700-/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
