CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 319/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Miss. Punam D/O Vikram Singh R/O Vill. Rakhoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today she along with Smt. Babita Devi were going to college at Barchhwar, in the mean time a M/Cycle rider Rajnish Kumar S/O Sh. Anil Kumar R/O Vill.Behar came from and hit to Babita and she sustained injuries. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 316/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar Mandi by HC Anil Kumar I.O. of Highway Patrol of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 27/11/12 at about 3 PM he received information of accident and rushed to the spot and found that a truck (HP57-0423) struck a  nano car (HP28B-1246) due to rash and negligent driving. HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I.O. of Highway Patrol Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 113/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 27/11/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Fagni and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML English wine from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Fagni Sanohal PO and Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 318/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bakarta and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of Suman Kumar S/O Sh. Parhotam R/O Vill. Bakarta PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is  being carried out by ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

5. 80 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
