CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 209/12 dated 26/11/2012 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O VPO Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/11/12 at about 08.45 PM he parked his vehicle (HP01B-0325) at Kangu on the road side, in the mean time a truck (HP66-2166) came from Slapper side very rashly and struck his vehicle and sped away from the spot. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 191/12 dated 26/11/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ratti Ram S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Vill. Kevidhar PO Tewan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/12 Bittu S/O Sh. Gian Chand resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 192/12 dated 26/11/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bittu Ram S/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O Vill. Kevidhar PO Tewan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/12    Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Gian Chand  resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 193/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O VIll. Bakhrunda PO Seri Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/11/12 at about 8 PM Prem Dass S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Vill. Bakhrunda PO Seri Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) came in his home and threaten to him and his familymembers. ASI Bachan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT & UNDER JUVNILE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 135/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 342,323,352 IPC & U/S 23 Juvenile Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Manglu Ram S/O Sh. Shadhu Ram R/O Vill. Kulthani Baga Chanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that his son Ghanu Ram aged about 15 years old is studying in 9^th class in Govt. High School Bhatkidhar. On 23/11/12 Ram Swaroop Head Master of above school ordered to the students to clean-up the campus and above headmaster ordered to his son Ghan Ram to remove a big stone which was left out by his son unturned. On this above headmaster became furious and beat up his som Ghanu Ram brutally and his son became unconscious.  ASI Naseeb Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 315/12 dated 26/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O VPO Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/11/12 at about 7.15 PM he reached at Bhiuli, in the mean time a scooter (PB35C-0282) came very rashly and struck with his scooter (HP33C-1183) and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.o. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.  

CASE OF MISCHIEF BY FIRE

7.      Case FIR No. 344/12 dated 26/11/12 U/S 4345,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Krishan Dass R/O Bagla PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he had dumped grass near his house. On 26/11/12 at about 08.30 PM Lokender and Pawan Kumar put on fire his grass and sped away from the spot. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

8.      Case FIR No. 345/12 dated 27/11/12 U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Chanan Singh R/O VPO Mandal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 23/11/12 Hardev Singh, his daughter-in-law Anita Devi and Uday Singh entered in his land cut down the branches of trees from his land having approximately cost of Rs. 3000/-. SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 26/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 26/11/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Megal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 illicit liquor from the possession of Mast Ram S/O Sh. Nandu Ram R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

CHALLAN

10. 67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
