CASE OF CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT OF PROPERTY CARRIED BY A PERSON AND THEFT

1.     Case FIR No. 333/12 dated 15/11/12 U/S 356,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Laxmi Devi W/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Vill. Dehandi PO Nagchala Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/12 at about 12 PM she was present at Nerchowk where a lady was also standing adjacent to her. Said lady told to her that her car is coming from Mandi side and she is also going to Rajgarh and she will accommodate to the complainant  in her car. On the way said lady snatched golden bangles and locket along with chain of the complainant and thereafter dropped her at Kansha Chowk. SI (Prob.) Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT OF PROPERTY CARRIED BY A PERSON AND THEFT

2.     Case FIR No. 334/12 dated 15/11/12 U/S 356,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Khema Sharma W/O Sh. SharwanKumar R/O Lalwari PO Galma Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/12 at about 5.30 PM she was boarding a bus at Nerchowk, in the mean time three women assaulted her from backside and they were also stole away her golden locket along with chain. Prito Devi W/O Sh. Sabu R/O Daulatpur PO & Tehsil Vajidpur Distt. Patiala (PB) and Kamlesh W/O Sh. Amarjeet R/O Nanheri PO Rattia Tehsil Tawana Distt. Fatehabad  (Haryana) were arrested in above case by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh who is investigating the case and they are being produced before the Ld. Court today.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 335/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Vill. Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 12.30 PM he was going along with his family by his M/Cycle (HP33B-3497) at Dadaur, in the mean time another M/Cycle (HP31A-6497) came from Sundernagar side and struck with his M/Cycle and he along with his wife and child were sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 110/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Dalip Kumar R/O Vill. Nakehar PO Harabag Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his nephew Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Bhim Singh met with an accident at Tikkan along with his friend Lavhya Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Vinod Bhardwaj VPO Langhu Tehsil Baijnath Dist. Kangra and his nephew Raj Kumar died on the way to Hospital. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

5.     67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
