CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 306/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Deva Nand S/O Sh. Vidya Sagar R/O Kouhan PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/12 Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Vill. Kauhan PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT, RIOTING AND INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 307/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 325,323,147,149,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Behar PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 09/11/12 she was working in her fields along with her family members, in the mean time Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh, Yashodha W/O Sh. Kartar Singh, Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Kartar Singh, Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Balkrishan, Suman Devi W/O Sh. Vijay Kumar all resident of Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi came there and beat her up along wither mother and they sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Gautam I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 308/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 325,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Ratni Devi W/O Sh. B hura Ram R/O Radu PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 09/11/12 she was going to Sarkaghat bazaar along with her daughter Reena Devi, in the mean time her son-in-law Balak Ram S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Garwasra  PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi came there and beat her up. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Sh. Dumana RamR/O Palauhta PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 14/11/12 he was going to Bihal and on the way Lal Singh S/O Sh. Nain Singh R/O Palauhata PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi came ther and beat him up. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 332/12 dated 15/11/12 U/S 341,323,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Umesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ludar Singh R/O Kotlu PO Galma Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/12 he was going to his home by his  vehicle (HP01K-0834) and when he reached at Ratti road 3-4 persons obstructed his vehicle by standing on the middle of road and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 186/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Prittam Singh S/O Sh. Hari Saran R/O Vill. Marehra PO & Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi that on 14/11/2012 at about 06.30 AM he was present in his courtyard. In the mean time he saw that a car  fell down from the road and he along with Bhoop Singh went on the spot and saw that a car having registration No. (HP33-9326 T) fell down from the road and one person namely Krishan Kumar BMO of C.H. Karsog died on the spot and another person namely Panna Lal R/O Garahach serving as conductor in HRTC was injured in this accident. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No. 199/12 dated 14/11/2012 U/S 341,147,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Pal S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 13/11/12 Desh Raj S/O Sh. Swami Ram, Munna, Bholu S/O Sh. Birbal, Ravinder S/O Sh. Hari Singh and Ravi S/O Sh. Roshan Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT 

8.     Case FIR No. 305/12 dated 15/11/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Budhi Singh Kashyap that on 14/11/12 some unknown persons stole away a bag of jewellery from his house. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9.     Case FIR No. 306/12 dated 15/11/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of Highway Wing Mandi that today an Indica Car (HP33B-7001) came very rashly from Mandi side and struck with a M/Cycle (HP29-4227) and a pillion rider namely Nag Pal of above M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of  Highway Wing Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

10.            74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 12 challan issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.1200/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
