CASE OF ARSON

1        Case FIR No. 339/12 dated 20/11/12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Panoul P.O. Barsawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 14/11/12  at about 8:30PM Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Panoul P.O.Barsawan  broke out the Fire  his Truck No.(HP65-1165) at place Panoul. ASI Om Parkash I/C of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case .

CASE OF NDPS ACT  

2        Case FIR No. 107/12 dated 20/11/12 (U/S 20 of NDPS Act) has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh  that on 21/11/12  when he was organize a Naka  along with other  police officials   at Jhalogi then during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 3.925 Kg Cannabis (charas) from the possession of Puran Chand S/O  Sh.Ale Ram R/O Pukhari P.O. Brahan Distt. Kullu &  Smt.Sita Devi D/O Sh. Hiru Ram  R/O Plach Distt. Kullu.Both of the above persons  were  travelling in the Volvo Bus No.(DL01PB-8831)  which was coming from Manali toDelhi.Both of the accused arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Mohar Singh I/O of P.S.Aut

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.108/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Aut by HC Parakam Singh that on 20/11/12 at about 08:25PM  he received an information and went on spot and found Car No.(HP34A-6074) which was driven by Govind Ram  S/O Sh. Almu  R/O Nagwain and Tractor No.(HP31-6111) which was driven by  Dimple S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Bandal collied to each other at Nagwain. This accident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the both divers of above said vehicle.  HC Prakaram Singh No.904 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 311/12 dated 20/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Nathe Ram R/O Jhiri P.O. Nagwain  Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi that  while he was travelling  in the Truck No.(HP33A-1045) from Baggi to Panarsa  and reached near by  place 7 Mile in mean time One Motor Cycle No. (HP34A-9851  came very rashly and hit the truck .this incident occurred due to rash and negligent riding of the rider of Motor Cycle. HC Chaman Lal No. 909 I/O of Traffic Wing Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT  

5        Case FIR No. 205/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar  on the  complaint  of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Dhad P.O.Darpa Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (H.P) that he is working as a salesman in Chinar Hotel Salah on 20/11/2012 at about 10:50 PM when he was going  to behind  the  hotel along with Dimpal & Ansul  in mean time Sant Ram @ Arjun , Chet Ram and one unknown person came there and obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Lalit kumar No. 26 I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar. Is investigating the case .

 CASE OF HURT

6        Case FIR No 313/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 325,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.Suraj Prakash S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/OTarndol P.O.  Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  13/11/12 at about 9 PM Surender Kumar, Shami and Anku R/O Tarndol beat him up and  He sustained injuries. ASI Ajit Singh I/C  of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        71challan were issued and fine of Rs. 6800-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 6 challan were issued and fine of Rs.600 -/- recovered under COTPA and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours
