CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1        Case FIR No 305/12 dated 13/11/12 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nimmo Devi W/O Sh. Kishor kumar R/O Ukhala Bars P.O. Ghurkhdi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on  13/11/12 at about 2 PM when She was going to  their own  work  at village Ukhala Bars in mean time Pankaj S/O Suresh & Chotu S/O Suresh  R/O Ukhala Bars P.O. Ghurkhdi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi obstruct her way and beat her up. HC Hem Raj  I/O of  P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2        Case FIR No. 306/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of  Sh. Deva Nand S/O Sh. Vidhia Sagar R/O kouhan P.O Sajaopiplu Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/12 at about 10 PM when he was going to his residence after attend the marriage along with his family   and  reached near by  Village Karnohal  in mean time Joginder Singh  S/O Sohan lal R/O Kouhan P.O. Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi  beat him hp. Hc kuldeep Singh  I/O  of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 180/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in P.S.Jogindernagar on complaint of Sh. Kundan Guleria S/O Sh. Ashok Pal Guleria R/O Balakrupi P.O.Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/12  at about 8:30 PM  when  he was going  to Machhayal  along with Sidharth Malhotra and  Ajay Bhardwaj  in Car No.A/F  while  crossed the Machyal bride in mean time  the driver of the above said vehicle, namely Sidharth lost the control upon the vehcile due to rash driving  and  rolled down from the road.ASI Iswari Prasad I/C of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

4        Case FIR No. 198/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the  complaint  of Sh. Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal   R/O Bada P. O. Jarol Tehsil  Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that today  i.e.14/11/12 at about  9:15 A.M. when he was present in his shop   along with Deshraj & Ashish Kundan   in mean  time Sashipal S/O Sh.Mani Ram R/O Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP) entered into the courtyard of  his shop  and beaten him  along with both of the above  person. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I/O of  P.P. Slapper is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAYAND HURT

5        Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 14/11/12 U/S 451, 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Karsog  on the  complaint of Sh. Om Parkash S/O Sh.  Bhag Chand  R/O Shan P.O. Sarahan Tehsil karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that 12/11/12 at about 6:30 PM  when he was  present in his house in mean time Chaman Lal , Ram Krishan , ShyamLal R/O Sarahan  entered into complaint's house and also obstruct his way when he was coming to the house and beat him up.HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case .

6        10 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 1100-/- was recovered  under MV Act   during last 24 hours.
