CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 201/12 dated 16/11/2012 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/O Sh. Jiwa Nand Sharma VPO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/11/2012 at about 08.15 PM he stopped his Tata Sumo (HP01M-0644) on the road side at Harabag and he was standing there outside the road, in the mean time a Highwa Truck (HP69A-7022) came from Slapper side very rashly and  crushed his foot and sped away from the spot towards Sundernagar side. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER   PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 202/12 dated 17/11/2012 U/S 11 (1) E, Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka at Pungh along with other police officials and during the course of nakka a vechile (HP31B-0226) came from Slapper side which was stopped for checking and during the course of checking of above vehicle he found that driver Subhash S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has loaded about 1030 cocks and hens very tightly in his truck and he was failed to produce any legal certificate to him issued by any Medical Officer about the loading of cocks and hens in such huge quantity in his vehicle. CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 309/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 323,325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shami Kumar S/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O Vill. Tarndol PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 13/11/12 at about 9 PM Suraj Prakash S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Tarndol PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.  

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 310/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 323,325,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Deenu S/O Sh. Noordeen R/O Sulpur PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 14/11/12 he was working along with his mother in his fields, in the mean time Chiragdeen and his wife Ravina both are resident of same locality came there and beat him up along with his mother and they sustained injuries. HC Baldev Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 336/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal that on 03/11/12 Tilak Raj beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rakesh Kumar No. 871 I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

6.     Case FIR No. 337/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Late Sh. Luxmi Dass R/O VPO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/11/12 he was crossing the road, in the mean time a bus (HP63-1547) hit him and he sustained injuries. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

7.     Case FIR No. 338/12 dated 17/11/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mahant Ram S/O Sh. Brikam Ram R/O Chalah PO Gutkar Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Pradhan G.P. Chalah that today at about 09.30 AM when he reached in G.P. Chalah he found that door of Panchayat Ghar was opened and Computer along with monitor, UPS, Scanner and keyboard were  stolen away by some unknown culprits. SI (Prob.) Vinod Thakur is I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

8.     Case FIR NO. 181/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 451,147,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sarad Singh S/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Passal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 16/11/12 Dina Nath, Dharam Dass, Guru Dev, Virender Kumar, Banwari Lal, Bimla Devi, Krishna Devi and Savita Devi entered in the gallery of his house and they all beat him up along with his sons Manoj and Amit and they sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9.     Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 451,147,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath  S/O Sh. Nag Raj R/O Passal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 16/11/12 Sarad Singh,Amit, Manoj, Rameshwari, Sangeeta and Banita   entered in  his house and they all beat him up  along with his family members and they all sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCINDET

10. Case FIR No. 183/12 dated 16/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Paramjeet Singh S/O Late Sh. Mohan Singh R/O VPO KatahanTehsil Jaisinghpur Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 16/11/12 a M/Cycle (Registration Number not known) came very rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

11. Case FIR No. 184/12 dated 17/11/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vikram Jeet S/O Sh. Duni Chand VPO Khaddar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 07/11/12 he went to attend the marriage ceremony at Khaddar Dhar along with Shashi Kumar and on the way Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Piar Chand R/O Vill. Sanda PO Ootpur Tehsil Labbharol obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

12. 67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
