CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR No.184/12 dated 9/11/12 U/S457, 380 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Parmanand S/O Malu Ram R/O Kot
P.O. Sakra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on the intervening
night of 8-9-11/12 some unknown culprits stolen away the Golden and
Silver ornament and currency note Rs.26000-/- Total value of the
stolen property is Rs.91000-/- HC Ashok Kumar No. 885I/O of P. S.
Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTIGN WAY, HURT, ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 300/12 dated 9/11/12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 355 IPC has
been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan kumar S/O
Sh. Keshav Ram R/o House No. 267/5 Palace colony Mandi that on
09/11/12 at about 9:45 PM when he was going to his home along with
their friends in mean time Tanu &Hippu S/OSh. Gopal R/O Palace
colony Distt Mandi (HP)obstruct his way and beat him up and also
abused him . HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O of P.P. City is investigating
the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No.196/12 dated 9/11/12 U/S 451, 506, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O
Sh. Sita Ram P.O. Balag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on
08/11/12 at about 9:30 PM Raj kumar , Mohinder kumar S/O Hira Lal
both of R/O Dhar & Inder Singh S/O Hirdu Ram R/O Badgehar P.O.
Balag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered into the
courtyard of her hose and also threatened her with dire consequence .
HC Tara Chand No. 846 I/O of P.P.Slappar is investigating the case
.
CHALLAN
4 60 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6550-/- was recovered under
M.V. Act and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
