 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No.178/12 dated 02/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by the HC Tek Chand  No.902 I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar that on 2/11/12 at about 2:10PM when said HC was on patrolling along with Flying Squad No-2Assembly Constituency Sundernagar at Nihari then  on the secret information he recovered 1,06500ML Country liquor from the Possession of  Kahan Singh S/O Sh.Jarbu Ram  R/O Kandhi( presently sales man at Co-operative SocietyJanopul) from his shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by ASI Jhabe Ram I/C of P.P.Pangna

 

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 124/12dated 2/11/12 U/S 61of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.Gohar  by HC Inder Dev  that  on 2/11/12 at about 4:45PM when said HC was  conduct  Nakabandi along with other official of Police staff then during the course of Nakabandi he recovered  9000ML Country liquor  from the possession of  Devi Ram  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kutachi P.O. Sukkibai  Tehsil Sader  Distt Mandi (HP) from his Car No.(HP33A-6099). Acussed has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  HC Inder Dev No.35 I/O  of PS Gohar.

 

 

CHALLAN

 

3          60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,650/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  1 challan were  issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
