1 Case FIR No.301/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P. S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Baljeet Singh S/O Sh. Nurata Ram R/O Badoi P.O. Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Mandi (HP) that he is serving as a Jail warder in Sub- Jail Mandi on 11/11/12 at about 12 PM when he was on duty in mean time one Konstantin Barinor who is in jail has been cut his right arm by the saving blade. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O of P.P. City is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 302/12 dated11/11/12 U/S 341, 323, 504IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Debaki Devi W/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Chalahar P.O. Saletar Distt. Mandi that on 11/11/12 at about 5:30 PM while she was cutting the grass near by her house in mean time Himachali Devi obstruct her and beat her up. HC Durga Dass No.408 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 303/12 dated 11/11/12U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the copalint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/OChadiara P.O.Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/11/12 at about 9:30PM when he was present at Kaka Auto care Centre in mean time one Motor Cycle No. (HP33B-3534) came very rashly from Mandi side and riderof the above Motor Cycle lost the control upon the Motor Cycle and fell down near by Kaka Auto Care centre. HC Rajmal I/O of P.S.Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
4 Case FIR No.129/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 451,323 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Prem Singh R/O Dharoti P.O.Sunahani Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur at present salesman wine shop Shalla that on 11/11/12 at about 9PM Sanjeev Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Roshan , Sunil entered into his wine shop and beat him up.HC Deep Chand No. 910 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 128/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.Gohar by HC Inder Singh that today on the secret information he recovered 6750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Jiya Lal S/O Satish Kumar R/O Billagaad P.O. Chhatri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) from his shop. HC Inder Singh No. 800 I/O of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case .

6 Case FIR No. 127/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Ketidhar P.O. Chhatri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 10/11/12 Pradeep Kumar S/O Sher Singh R/O Dhartidhar PO. Chhatri came from Karsog-Chhatri Link Road in his Van No. (HP03A-1489) very rashly and at place Ketidhar at about 1.00 AM the above said Van fell down 50 feet downward from the road and Pradeep Kumar sustained injury. HC Inder Singh I/O of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case .
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
7 Case FIR No. 179/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Neri P.O.Chimhnu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on the intervening night of 10-11/11/12 some unknown culprits stolen away the Rs. 12000/- and Two Jackets having cost Rs. 800/-. by breaking the lock of store .Total value of the stolen property is Rs.12800/-. ASI Subhash Chand I/C of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case .

8 Case FIR No. 197/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 65 of Excise Act & 188 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Lal that today at about 09:25 A.M. After Nakka when Said ASI was coming to Police Station along with Police staff. When reached near wine shop L-2 Pungh then he found that wine shop L-2 was open and salesman Arun Kumar S/O Bhuri Singh R/O Bhoor P.O. Jangi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was selling the wine in closing time. ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 323, 324, 504IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dule Ram S/O Sh. Chura ram R/O Thah P.O.Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/11/12 at about 1:00PM when he was going to bring the flour along with his nephew,Money Ram when they reached near by Vill. Chanah in mean time Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/OThahP.O. Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi beat him up.HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case .

10 52challan were issued and fine of Rs. 10,350-/- was recovered under MV Act during last 24 hours.
