CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 312 dated 22/11/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by HC  Rajmal that on 21/11/12  at about  10:30 PM when said HC was on patrolling  along with other police officials  then during the  course of  patrolling  he recovered 17,10000 ML English Wine and  Indian Currency  of Rs.2,85000-/- from the possession of Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan  Chand R/O Chaderyar P.O. Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi  from his vehcile No.(HP65-2471) and (HP28-5666). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Rajmal No. 865 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 341/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 451,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Vishal S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Kummi  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 21/11/12  at about 6:30 PM Suresh Kumar  and Dev Kumar entered into the courtyard of his house  and beat him along with his mother Satya Devi, his sisters,Ravina & Bindi. ASI Kuldeeep Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARSON

3        Case FIR No.342/12 dated 22/11/12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Megha Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Tamroh P.O. Dargi  Tehsil Sadar Mandi that on 21/11/12 at about 9:00 PM  Some unknown person broke out the fire her cowshed , grass/ wooden materials . ASI Kuldeep I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT  

4        Case FIR No.207/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC &187 M.V. Act has  been registered in P.S.Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Biri Singh S/O Sh. Kehar Singh Rana  R/O Upper  Belhi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/11/12  at about 9:30 PM when he was going  towards Cinema chowk  along with his Car No.(HP31B-0685) in mean time  Jeep No. (HP49A-0162) came very rashly  from Mandi side   and hit above said car and ran away. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the above said Jeep driver. HC Tek Chand No. 902I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF PROCLAIMATION

5        Case FIR No 206/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar by Ld. JMIC Court No 1 Sunder Nagar in which Ld. Court ordered that accused Mohammad Irshad @ Kalu, S/O Sh. Sharif Mohammad, R/O  Dugrain, P.O. Kanaid, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi, (H.P). has been declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 18.2.2008 passed by Ld Court and the aforesaid accused has surrendered before this court on 20.11.2012 . HC Tek Chand No 902 I/O of  P.S. Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

6        Case FIR No. 186/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 379, 448, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Jogindernagar by the court of LD-JMIC-1^st Jogindernagar that Smt. Krishani Devi W/O Sh. Shiv Singh R/O &P.O. Trarmat tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi is the owner of land having Khasra No.2236/1951  and situated in Mohal Tramat on 28/10/12 at about 3:00PM  Smt.Ruhani Devi, Roop Lal S/O Smt. Ruhani Devi, Kaku S/O Roop Lal all the resident of same locality  entered into the land of the complainant in comman tension and cut down the Sahtut treee having cost  about Rs.4000/-ASI Satpal I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

7        75challan were issued and fine of Rs. 9950-/- was recovered   under MV Act and 5 challan were issued  and fine of Rs.500 -/- recovered under COTPA and 2 challan issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
