CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1              Case FIR No. 314/12 dated 22/11/12 U/S 451,323, 504 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Ratni Devi W/O Sh. Teg Singh R/O Ghamourdi P.O. Sayoh Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 22/11/12 at about 11 AM  Babli W/O Ravi Kumar R/O Ghamourdi P.O. Sayoh Tehsil Sarkaghat  entered into the courtyard of her house and beat her up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I/O P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

2       Case FIR No 315/12 dated 22/11/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered   in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sita Ram S/O  Sh.Laturia Ram R/O Gudmajhwar P.O. Bhambla Tehsil  Sarkaghat that on  22/11/12 at about  12:30 PM  when  he returned back to his home after daily routine work   and found one unknown person  ran away from his courtyard when the complainant checked inside in his house than he found 2-Gold Chak, 2-Silver Payal, 1-Silver Ring, 1-Silver Chain and Rs. 10,000/- has been   stolen away by unknown culprit. Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 50,000/- HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I/O  of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No.343/12 dated 23/11/12 U/S 451, 323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bindra Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Sakroha  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 22/11/12  at about 8:30 PM when she was present in her  house in mean time Khub Ram S/O Puran Chand R/O Sakroha entered into the courtyard of her house and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Balbir Singh No.23 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

                                       

4        Accused Mohammad Irshad S/O Sh.Sarif Mohammad R/O Dugrain P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi  has been arrested in case FIR No 206/12 dated 21/11/12 U/S 174(A) IPC P.S. Sundernagar   arrested on  22/11/12 at 4:30 PM by HC Tek Chand No. 902 I/O of  P.S. Sunder Nagar and produced before Ld. JMIC Court No-2 Sunder Nagar and released on bail by Ld. Court today.

 

CHALLAN

5        76 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 11900-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 8challan were issued and fine of Rs.800 -/- recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
