CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No 303/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.Shukh Ram S/O  Sh. Jonki Ram R/O Putli Fald P.O. Tour Jajer Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/11/12 at about 09.30 AM when he present  his home along with Rakesh kumar  in mean time  Sohan lal S/O Sh. Ghona Ram  R/O Langehar P.O. Gyun Tehsil Sarkaghat  entered into his home  and  beat him up  and also threatened both of them with dire consequence. HC Narpat Ram  No.886  I/O of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCFTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2        Case FIR No.330/12 dated 11/1112U/S 341, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Mangal Singh R/O Baggi  Tehsil & Distt.Mandi (HP) that  while he was working in his land in mean time  Brij Lal  along with his wife,Lata Devi  came there and  obstruct him  and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 331/12 dated  11/11/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.Balh  on the  complaint of  Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Mangal Singh R/O Baggi Tehsil & District Mandi (HP) that when he was present in his home in mean time  Krishan, Aweash and Rakesh entered into  his house  and beat him up .HC Lal Singh No. 80  I/O of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 4       CaseFIR No.108/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Thuji P.O. Barot  Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi (HP) that on10/11/12  at about 11:30 PM  when he was going in a vehcile No. (HP68-2242) from Ner Chowk to Barot  along with Sh. Daram  Singh  and driver of the vehicle Kanshi Ram S/O  Krishan Kumar R/O Machyal P.O.Chalaharg Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) when they reached  near by Tindu Nala in mean time the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the vehicle and  fell down 200 feet  downward from the road   and all the persons sustained injuries . HC Nand Lal No.78 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5        97challan were issued and fine of Rs. 11,850-/- was recovered   under MV Act and 10 challan were issued and fine of Rs.1000 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
