CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No.132/12 dated 24/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Rajesh kumar  that on24/11/12  when said HC was on patrolling  along with other police officials  then on the secret  information  he recovered  36000ML English Wine  from  the possession of Yadav Singh S/O Sh. Thakur Singh  R/O Pathan P.O.Kot  Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi  from his shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Gohar.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No.133/12 dated 25/11/12  U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by HC Birbal Singh  that on today i.e.25/11/12   on the secret information  he recovered 5 Ltr. illicit liquor  from the possession of Ram Lal S/O Sh. Sadu Ram R/O  and P.O. Janjehli  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi  from his house Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by HC  Birbal Singh  No. 72 I/O of P.P. Janjehli

  CASE OF HURT

3        Case FIR No. 316/12 dated 24/11/12 U/S 323, 325, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Tung Btalhari P.O. Bahanu Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi  that on 19/11/12  at about 8:45PM  Babli Devi, Reena Devi & Lalman all the resident of same locality beat  him up . HC Hem Chand No. 883 I/O of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT   AND HURT

4        Case FIR No.314/12 dated 24/11/12 U/S 353, 332 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Anup Kapoor  at present  Traffic Manager HRTC Mandi  that on 24/11/12  at about 10:30AM  Sh. Prakash Chand 2^nd  root conductor came in the room of the office  and started misbehave with Sh. Som Lal  Adda Incharge and also beat    Sh . Prakash Chand  3^RD  Adda Conductor  during his duty.   Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by ASI Brij Lal I/O of P.S. Sadar.

5        93challan were issued and fine of Rs. 12900-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 14 challan were issued  and fine of Rs.1400 -/- recovered under COTPA   during last 24 hours
