CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No.211 dated 30/11/12  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Chhitru Ram R/O Harabag P.O. Sihali Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  that on 30/11/12 at about 3:50 PM  when he was present in Harabag in the mean time a Maruti Car No. (HP24B-0173) came very rashly from Slapper side which was driven by Mohammad Parwej S/O Sh. Mohammad Sanif R/O Diyara Distt. Bilaspur. Driver of said car lost control over it and fell down  downward from the road.  5 person occupants of said car sustained injuries.  HC Ram Lal No. 543 I/O  of  Highway patrol  is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 320/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Desh Raj R/O Badresa P.O.  Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on  24/11/12  when he was going  from Bheri to Sajao Piplu by an Alto Car No (HP28-1266) along with Satish Kumar and Suresh Kumar and when they reached near  Jodhan said car met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver  Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh Sukh Dev Village Siyathi P.O. Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat (HP). HC Amrit Lal No 413 I/O P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

3. Case FIR No 321/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand  R/O Majhyath P.O. Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on 30/11/12  when she was going to  Baldwara along with  Sarla & Reena   in the same time a M/Cycle ( Without Number)   came very rashly and  hit to  Sarla Devi who sustained injuries. Above   M/Cycle was Driven  by Rajesh S/O Sh Som Dutt Village Smaila PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). Case is being investigated by HC Baldev Chand I.O. of PP Hatli.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 319/12 dated 01/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 01/12/12 a car (HP21A-0222) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above car. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case. 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 212 dated 1-12-12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar   by ASI Jogindernagar  that today at about 10:50AM he was on patrolling along with the police officials at Ambedkar Nagar and during the course of paroling he recovered 4500 ML illicit liquor  from the possession of    Leela Devi W/O Late Sh. Dev Raj R/O House No.79/8 Ambedkar Nagar  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar.

6. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
