 CASE OF CRUELITY BY   HUSBAND   AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 225 /12 dated 28/12/12 U/S 498(A), 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Maya Devi W/O Sh.  Rajinder Kumar    R/O Jaral P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar   Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 28/12/12 at about  6 PM when she was taking the meal along with her children in the mean time her husband Rajinder Kumar beat her up and she is being harassed by her husband since long time. SI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 226/12 dated 29/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Lal S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Vill. Bhadetar PO Rani Kotla Distt. Bilaspur (HP) at present driver with BBMB Slapper that on 29/12/12 he was going from Dehar Power House to Slapper Colony with bus No. (HP31-3133) and at about 08.15 AM he reached Chakli more near slapper, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31B-0836) came from Slapper Colony side very rashly and hit the M/Cycle with his bus and rider of said M/Cycle Baldev Thakur sustained injuries. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 200/12 dated 29/12/12  U/S 279, 337  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Rajkumar  that on 28/12/12  at about 5:45 PM Tipper No. HP19A-9623  fell down  downward from the road  which was driven by the driver  Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Hira Singh  R/O Hard P.O. Ropari  Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi  and  Rajender  S/O Duni  Chand  R/O  Sanda  P.O.Utpur  Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi .Both the above person boarded on above said vehicle sustained Injury. HC Rajesh Kumar  No.  907 I/O of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the  case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE

4. Case FIR No. 198/12 dated 29/12/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint Forest Range Officer, Karsog Range that on 27/12/12 at about 02.30 PM fire took place in the Kelodhar Saranda jungle and valuable fire produce amounting to Rs. 2,75000/- brunt in this fire incident. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 342/12 dated 29/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Mansa Devi W/O Sh. Lok Bahadur R/O Vill.Hatoun PO Deyori Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present working in PWD Department N.H. 21 Sub Division Pandoh that today at about 01.30 PM at Bradhibir she along with labourers were  going for lunch break, in the mean time an alto car (HP33A-4696) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit her and she sustained injuries. On this case has been registered against driver Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sudan Ram R/O H. No. 32/6 Lower Samkhetar Mandi. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of Highway Patrol Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

RECOVERY OF STOLEN VEHICLE MAXI CAB (HP01M-3726)

6. A Maxi Cab vehicle (HP01M-3726) reported stolen vide FIR No. 122/12 dated  28/12/12 U/S 379 IPC in P.S. Padhar has been recovered by the local police of P.S. Padhar from Segal Dugh which was parked on the road side at above mentioned place lonely which is being handed over to the owner of above vehicle.

CHALLAN

7. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
