CRIME REPORT 20 DEC

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 332/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Sarehra PO Sadhiani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/12/12 he was going by jeep (HP30A-7800) from Kalkhar towards Rewalsar and when said jeep reached about 150 meters ahead from Kalkhar it met with an accident and 5 occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Ajeet Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND NEGLIGENT ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 363/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 324,336,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal VPO Rewalsar that on 19/12/12 Duni Chand along with other two persons obstructed his way and attacked upon him with a knife and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 364/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 451,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Sharda Dutt VPO Rewalsar that on 19/12/12 about 09.15 PM Roop Lal, his wife Soma Devi, son Gagan and Pawan entered in his house and beat him up. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

 ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

 

4.      Accused Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Ghauna Ram R/O Vill. Langehar PO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who was wanted in case FIR No. 303/12 dated 11/11/12 U/S 451,323,506,504 IPC. He is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC Sarkaghat.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HANGING

  1. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Mohan R/O H. No. SL-2/29 BBMB Colony Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi died due to hanging with ceiling fan  inside his house. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. carried out by the local police of P.S. Sundernagar and dead body was handed over to the relatives of the deceased after postmortem.

CHALLAN

  1. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 25  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2500/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
