CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 123/12 dated 30/12/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram VPO Tandu Tehil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) today Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh No.75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2. Case FIR No. 337/12 dated 30/12/12 U/S 447,427,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sagri Devi W/O Sh. Nasib Singh R/O Badar PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/12/12 Kamlesh Negi R/O Dhar entered in her land with JCB machine and started work on her land with JCB machine. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 29/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Karnal Singh R/O Vill. Bhagbhal PO Kotla Mangbhag Tehsil Nurpur Distt. Kangra (HP) at present Technician with Reliance Company at Gutkar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a Bolero (HP01A-3805) came very rashly at Upper Zero Point at Balichowki and a girl namely Sarswati D/O Sh. Puran Chand RO Shalari PO Balichowki Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and she sustained injuries. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 199/12 dated 30/12/12 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Arjun Ram R/O Vill. Shalag PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karosg Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was present in his house, in the mean time he saw a vehicle (HP30-1453) rolled down from the road at Chindi. On the this he rushed to the spot and found that a person namely Dabar Ram R/O Vill. Kot PO Balandhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINALTRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5. Case FIR No. 200/12 dated 30/12/12 U/S 447,341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. BhagtuRam R/O Vill. Darashti PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/12/12 at about 0230 PM his wife Kesari Devi went to the fields. In the mean time Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Balak Ram came there and beat her up. On this incident he went on the spot and he also beat him up. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was during last 24 hours.
