CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER ANTI RAGGING ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 223/12 dated 24/12/12 U/S 342,452,323,506 IPC and U/S 3 of Anti Ragging Act 2009 has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Student of Govt. Polytechnic College Sundernagar that he is residing in a P.G. at Sundernagar and his classmate beat him up. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundenragar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF SUICIDE AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 224/12 dated 24/12/12 U/S 306,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundenragar on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O VPO Dobha Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Bilaspur (HP) that her husband Sh. Jagdish Chand sold his truck (HP34B-1102) to Sanju and Roshan and he took back his truck due non receiving of payment from them. Thereafter Sanju and Roshan threatened to her husband Jagdish Chand and he on 23/12/12/ her husband parked his truck at Slapper and informed her telephonically do not try to search him. ASI Shanti Sawaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 147/12 dated 23/12/12 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Krishan S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Neuri PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/12/12 Pramod Kumar and Mukesh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

4. Case FIR No. 371/12 dated 24/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Chand S/O Sh. Dolu Ram R/O Vill. Kalag PO Shalang Tehsil & Distt. Kullu (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away his 20 goats from Kukri Galu forest where they were grazing. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 336/12 dated 23/12/12 U/S 147,149,336,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Kusari PO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present security guard in Visco Resorts Mandi that on 23/12/12 at about 09.40 PM he was on duty in the mean time a Maruti car 800  having no number plate came there and 7-8 persons came out from said car and they all started to beat driver of vehicle (DL-1 VC-2024) and also damaged said vehicle. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCIIES) ACT

6. Case FIR No. 199/12 dated 24/12/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC and U/S 3 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Makoru Ram R/O Manoh PO Bassi Tehsil Jogidernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/12/12 at about 6 PM he was going to his home, in the mean time Hardyal Singh S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Manoh PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi came there and abused him by cast and also threatened him and on 20/12/12 he again beat him up. ASI Ishwari Prasad   I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

7. 67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
