CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.361/12 dated 15/12/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Durgadass S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Doh P.O. Rewalsar  Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/12   at about 3:15 PM  when he was going to  Mandi along with Sunil Kumar on the Scooter No. (HP33A-3070) and reached nearby Bagla in mean time the above Sunil Kumar lost the control upon the scooter and met to an accident . This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent riding of the rider Sunil Kumar. ASI Baldev Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating   the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND HURT  

2        Case FIR NO. 141/12 dated   15/12/12 U/S 447, 323, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the  complaint of Sh. Baser Ram S/O Sh. Kishan Chand  R/O Gadahu P.O. Badhu  Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi   that on 15/12/12  at about 1:30 PM  while he was cutting his own land  along with  the help of JCB in mean time  Jevean Lal, Chaman, Lal,  Tulsi Ram , Gurvanti Devi, Shanta Devi, Daya Devi  entered into the complainant's land  and beat him up.HC  Deep Chand No. 910 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR NO. 142/12 dated 16/12/12 U/S 451, 427, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of   Sh. Sant Ram  S/O Sh. Dhani Ram  R/O  Chet Sojha  P.O. Cheuni Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi  that  on  15/12/12 at about 2:30 PM  Smt. Bharti and Indera Devi entered into his office and abused him and  broken his LCD, Photostate machine and threatened him with dire consequence. HC Birbal Singh No. 72  I/O of P.P. janjehli  is investigating the case .

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 118/12 dated 15/12/12  U/S 20 of NDPS Act  has been registered  in P.S. Padhar  by HC Raj Kumar  that  on 15/12/12  at about  6:30 PM  when said HC was on patrolling along with the other police officials at  near by Jhatingari  then during  the course of patrolling  he recovered 70 gms. Cannabis  from the possession of Rakesh Awasthi S/O Sh. Jagan Nath  R/O Garodu  Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O of P.S. Padhar

5        63challan were issued and fine of Rs. 15900-/- was recovered   under MV Act and 11 challan were issued and fine of Rs.1100 -/- recovered under  COTPA  during last 24 hours
