CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 143/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Lal S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Kahndail PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 18/12/12 at about 11 PM he was coming back from Pandoh to his native place by tipper (HP65-1230) which was driven by Nagnu Ram S/O Sh. Hira Lal resident of same locality and when they reached at Bai Nal driver of tipper lost control over it and fell down about 30 mtrs. downward. In this accident he sustained injuries and driver Nagnu Ram of above mentioned truck died on the spot. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2.      Case FIR No. 197/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Basantu R/O Vill. Spairu PO Drahal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that at about 01.15 AM he saw fire in Spairu jungle and on suspicion he called the people of the locality and on reaching the spot they found that a large piece of telephone wire is being burnt there by some unknown culprits having approximately cost about Rs. 30,000/-. ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 196/12 dated 18/12/12 U/S 279,337,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yoginder Kumar S/O Sh. Chamel Singh R/O Vill. Sari PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/12/12 at about 4 PM he was coming from Nagrota Bagwan towards Galu by a truck of floor mill which was driven by him, in the mean time a M/Cycle came from backside very rashly and rider of said M/Cycle tried to overtake his truck and he lost control over it and struck the M/Cycle with his truck and both occupants of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 362/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Narotam Chand R/O Dhamrohal Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur at present student of  B. Tech in Abhilashi College at Tanda. On 18/12/12 he went to the college and at about 05.15 PM he came to his room at Ratti and  found that  lock of the door of his room was broken and laptop was stolen away from his room by some unknown culprits. ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5.      Case FIR No. 196/12 dated 19/12/12 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Nikka Ram S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Vill. Loharli PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog Disdtt. Mandi (HP) that today his father-in-law Gulab  Singh, mother-in-law Bimla Devi and brother-in-law Raj Kumar along with his wife Reeta Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6. 103 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and   20 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2000/-  was recovered     during last 24 hours.
