(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of
Smt.Bhuvneshwari Kapoor that presently Director (Hotel &Mess) that
Sh. Tej Ram Sharma S/O Sh. Mittar Dev misappropriate the funds.ASI
Thakru Ram I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case
CASE OF THEFT
2 Case FIR NO. 194/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in
P.S.Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.Jeeven Singh S/O Sh. Purvi
Ram R/O Siuan P.O. Ladbharol Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that
Vinay kumar has been stolen all the Stones gathered by him for
the construction of the house . Total value of the st6olen property
is Rs. 4800-/-. HC Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.P. Ladbharol is
investigating the case .
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No. 140/12 dated 15/12/12 U/S 451, 506, 341 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaibnt of Sh.Kapil Kapoor
Incharge AGISPET Chailchowk that on 14/12/12 kailash @ Deepu enter
into the chamber of the Examination Supt. and after the examination
also obstruct him and threatened with dire consequence . ASI Ram
Krishan I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case .
CASE OF NDPS ACT
4 Case FIR No. 330/12 dated 14/12/12 U/S 21 of NDPS Act has been
registered in P.S. Sadar by the HC Nand Lal that on 14/12/12 at
about 9:30 PM when said HC was on patrolling along with the police
officials then the course of the patrolling he recovered 2 gram
Smack from the possession of Neeraj Sarin S/O Late Sh. YoginderPal
R/O Dunga Bazzar Shakti Gali Distt. Kangra .HC Nand Lal I/O of P.P.
CITY is investigating the case.

been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O
Sh. Nuppa Ram R/O Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 8/12/12
at about 9 PM Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Shoba Ram R/O Nasloh Tehssil Sadar
Distt. Mandi obstruct his way and beat him up .HC Anil Kumar No. 406
I/O P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case .

Tara & 7) Bharti all the resident of same locality beaten him up .

been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Tiuyuli Devi
W/O Lt. Sh.Finku Ram R/O Dharwan P.O. Kotli Tehsil Sadar Distt.
Mandi that on. 14/12/12 at. About 5.45 PM when She was going to her
house in the mean time one Car No. (HP-01K-1586 )came very rashly
from Mandi side and hit her and she sustained injury. ASI Amarnath
I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case .
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
8 Case FIR No 328/12 Dated 14-12-12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been
registered at PS Sarkeghat on the complaint of Sh.Jiva Nand S/O
Parma Nand VPO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat that on the intervening
night of 13-12-12 Sonu Kumar @ Amit KumarS/O Late Sh Surender Kumar
VPO Salpar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stolen away 15 Packet of
cigarette and 2000 Rupees from his shop at Baldwara. Total value of
stolen property is Rs. 12000/- Case is being investigated by HC Hem
Chand No 883 IO PP Hatli.
CASE OF THEFT
9 Case FIR No 329/12 Dated 14-12-12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at
PS Sarkeghat on the complaint of Lashkri Ram S/O Govind Ram Village
Laka PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat received U/S 156(3) CrPC that on Dated
11-12-12 Achhar Singh R/O Laka and his wife Biro Devi removed and cut
the grass as well as chopped the branches of the trees. Total value
Rs. 1000/- Case is being investigated by HC Amrit Lal No 413IO PS

registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Narpat Ram No 886 IO of PS
Sarkaghat against Krishan Chauhan S/O Sh Sohan Singh R/O Jajar Kuken
P.O. Dev Bradta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP as 3750 ML Country
Liquor recovered from his Kariana Shop.

11 54 challan were issued and fine of Rs.5400 was recoverd under
M.V. Act and 5 challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.500
recovered during last 24 hours.
