CASE OF RIOTING, HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 214/12 dated 02/12/12 U/S 147,149,323,341,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kalpna Sharma W/O Sh. Madan Gopal Sharma C/O Rattan Lal Sharma R/O Vill. Bahot PO Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/12/12 at about 3 PM she was going to Harabag, in the mean time her husband along with 4/5 persons obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P.Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT,CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISHIEF

2.      Case FIR No. 215/12 dated 02/12/12 U/S 147,148,149,323,506,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Gopal Sharma S/O Late Sh. Ram Swaroop Sharma R/O Vill. Majhrot PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/12/12 he was present on the college office gate at Harabag, in the mean time Bharat Lal, Vinod Kumar, Radha Krishan, Deepak Sharma, Rattan Lal S/O Jaya Ram, Kusam Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Lal, Kalpna Sharma and Raj Kumar came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 216/12 dated 02/12/12 U/S 448, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Gopal Sharma S/O Late Sh. Ram Swarrop Sharma, Chairman Bhuvneshwari Education Society Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on02/12/12 Bharat Lal, Radha Krishan, Deepak Sharam, Rattan Lal S/O Sh. Jaya Ram, Kalpna Sharma etc. broke the lock of the office at Harabag and put their lock in his office and he suspects that they stole away record of his office. HC Ravinder Kumar No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 136/12 dated 03/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O Vill. Kohalu PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi at present Secretary of G.P. Chail Chowk that he locked his office on 01/12/12 and today at about 09.45 AM when he opened the door of his office he found that some unknown culprits stole away computer and other accessories from his office between on 01/12/12 after 5 PM to 03/12/12 up to 9 AM. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

5.      Case FIR No. 194/12 dated 03/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Tirth Raj S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Vill. Bhadranu at present shop keeper in KArsog bazaar that some unknown culprits stole away three new sets of mobile phones and cash of worth Rs. 15,000/- from his shop between  the intervening nights of 01/12/12 and 02/12/12. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 22,890/- . ASI Bachan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

6.      Case FIR No. 352/12 dated 02/12/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram Sharma, Managing Director V.K.S. Samiti Purana Bazaar Sundernagar at present VPO Nerchowk that Smt. Bhuvneshwari Kapoor and Himeshwar Kapoor R/O H. No. 187/08 Dughi Paraul Darmiana Mohalla Mandi misappropriates the propertyof the V.K.S. Samitti fraudulently. ASI Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the cse.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE (MURDER CASE)

 

7.      Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Jeewan Lal R/O VPO Ghartholi Tehsil & P.S. Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) was  arrested on 02/02/12 by the local police of P.P. Ladbharol in case FIR No. 191/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 302,201 IPC who is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC Jogindernagar.

 

 CHALLAN

8. 65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and   20 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2000/- was recovered     during last 24 hours.
