CASE OF ARSON AND MISCHIEF

1        Case FIR No. 320/12 dated 4/12/12   U/S 436, 427 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Lal S/O Late.  Sh.Chiru Ram R/O Ropru P.O.Nasloh  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 3-4/12/12  some unknown person  flammed   the fire his tent near by the construction of his new house . In this incident he burned  along with his wife and under treatment in Zonal Hospital Mandi . ASI Amar Nath I/O of P.S. sadar is investigating the case 

CASE OF MURDER

2        Case  FIR No. 321/12 dated 4/12/12 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar  on the  complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Ratku R/O Dhar P.O. Gharan Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi  that  during the night of  3/12/12  at about  9PM  when he was not present in the house in mean time an unknown person entered into his house and killed his wife namely Prabhi Devi. Insp/SHO  of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No 323/12 dated 04/12/12 U/S 451,504,427,34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Village Chhej P.O. Sandhole Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi that he is a salesman L-14 at Jhangi .On 03/12/12 at about 4.30 PM Anil Kumar and Prith Chand R/O Bhur P.O. Jhangi  entered into his wine shop  and break the bottles of wine .HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/O of  P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case .

4        Case FIR No. 353/12  dated 04/12/12 U/S  435, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Kashmir Singh S/O  Late Sh. Sher Singh  R/O Khakhariyan Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi  that today i.e.4/12/12 Smt.Bhagatu Devi  W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Khakhariyan  , Rup Dev S/O Thakur Dass R/O Shoyara, Bhagat Ram R/O Nondhar  flamed the fire his grass. HC Malkeet Singh  No.57 I/O of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case .

 CHALLAN

5        101 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 15,100-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 11 challan were issued and fine of Rs.1100 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
