CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 148/12 dated 28/12/12 U/S 20,29 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 27/12/12 at about 07.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials near Jachh and during the course of nakka he recovered 2 KG 100 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Jiwan Lal S/O Late Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Kandhu PO Kutachi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) and Ram Lal S/O Late Sh. Paras Ram VPO Kutachi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). Both accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar.

 

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 122/12 dated 28/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Sharma S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of  on 27/12/12 at about 7 PM he parked his vehicle (maxi-cab HP01M-3726) near Kunnu and today about 7 AM he did not found his vehicle at the place where he parked it. Approximately cost of stolen vehicle is about Rs. 1,50,000/-. ASI Deepak Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 94/12 dated 28/12/12 U/S 451,427,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Bhuma Devi W/O Late Sh. Namender Singh R/O Sushan PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/12/12 at about 06.45 PM Hans Raj R/O Sushan entered in her house and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundenragar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

4.      Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Kuppar Ward No. 7 Tehsil Jogindernagar was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by the local police of P.S. Jogindernagar who is being produced before the Ld. Court.   

 

CHALLAN

5. 93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,350/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
