CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 366/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chimbu Ram S/O Sh. Janth Ram R/O Vill. Rao Pali PO Chunahan Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that Nillu and Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Naganu Ram R/O Rathol came along with 2-3 persons and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2.      Case FIR No. 367/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Kulbinder Singh R/O Vill. Dhangu Colony Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 20-21/12/12 some unknown culprits stole away his car (HP12A-1587) which was parked in front of his house. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 365/12 dated 20/12/12 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram R/O Vill. Dugrai PO Brikhmani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/12/12 some unknown vehicle hit a M/Cycle (HP33B-7495) near Surandi Bloom College at Baggi rider of said M/Cycle Manoj Kumar found died who was his brother-in-law. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT, RASH AND NEGIGENT ACT AND MISCHIEF

4. Case FIR No. 222/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 379,279,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Alsu PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he has possessed a truck (HP31A-4949) and his driver parked his truck about 10-15 days ago at Also which was still parked upto 20/12/12 there. Today he found that some unknown culprits stole away his above mentioned truck from above   parked place. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

5. Case FIR No. 334/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Devi Chand S/O Sh. Gulabi Ram R/O Halan PO Patlikuhal Distt. Mandi (HP) that today 3 persons stole away his 3 goats from Sakor. Approximately cost of stolen goats is about Rs. 12,000/-. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6. 25 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 1700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
