CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 195/12 dated 18/12/12 U/S 379 IPC and 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Rumi Ram B.O. Chukku Vill. Chamah PO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 17/12/12 at about 10.30 PM he went from Urla to Tikkan along with Forest Guard Rattan Chand and when they reached at Kedara Chowk, a maruti vehicle (HP01M-0183) came from opposite side and hit their vehicle. On this they turned their vehicle and follow above maruti vehicle and then they reached at Gatasani they found said vehicle was rolled on the road and found 7 sleepers of cedar (deodar) inside of said vehicle and nobody was present there. SI (Prob.) Sakini Kapoor I. O. of P. S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 331/12 dated 17/12/12 U/S 11 of the Prevention of  Cruelty to Animals Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SDM Sarkaghat that Pradhan and Members of Cow Sadan Ghanala are not providing proper shelter to the cows and they left them outside without shelter. ASI Naresh Kumar I/C Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

3.     Case FIR No. 333/12 dated 17/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Haria Ram R/O Vill. Kandhi PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that he is working as Panchayat Secretary in G.P. Tandi and some unknown culprits stole away CPU of computer, UPS and Keyboard etc. during the intervening nights  between 14/12/12 to 17/12/12. HC Pawan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

4.     85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 23  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
