CASE OF THEFT

1. Case FIR No. 124/12 dated 30/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of Sh. Devi Singh S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram R/O Vill. Kheel PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 29-30/12/12 some unknown culprits stole away 192 containers (tins) of resin (broza) having marka HPS.FC.M Lot No. 11/2012 from Kharnali Nalla,  Mornachani More, Janad and Gardiva Nalla. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 51,840/-.  ASI Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND MISCHIEF

2. Case FIR No. 125/12 dated 31/12/12 U/S 341, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Damodar Dass VPO Drang Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/12/12 Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Lachhman and his wife Maina Devi came by a tipper (HP65-0976) which was driven by driver Kushal Chand S/O Sh. Bhagmal R/O Vill. Masheran PO Drang and they threw sand on his ladders and kitchen and destroyed the entire meal of his family. HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 201/12 dated 31/12/2012 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram VPO Tikkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present JBT in G.P.S. Charkhri Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. MAndi that Hari Singh Vice President of G.P. Badhu Roharu Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up on 26/12/12. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

4. 44 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
