CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 05/12/12 U/S 279, 337, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Sadayana P.O. Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on today i.e. 05/12/12 when he was coming from Sadhayana along with Suresh Kumar on his own scooter No. (HP31-2434) and reached near by Naulakha in mean time Maruti Car No. (HP 31A-0110) came very rashly and hit the above said scooter and both the above said person which were boarded on the scooter sustained injuries . ASI Uttam Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
2 57challan were issued and fine of Rs. 6200-/- was recovered under MV Act and 2 challan were issued and fine of Rs.300 -/- recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
