CASE OF CHEATING

1        Case FIR No.116/12 dated 4/12/12 U/S 420, 467, 468 IPC has been registered in Police Station Padhar on the complaint  of Sh. Nirat Ram S/O Khema R/O Vill. Sakrog P.O. & Tehsil Padhar District Mandi, that his owned processed land comprised in khewat No 54, Khasra No 1037 measuring 0-1-13-17 bigha situated at mohal Ghoghar Dhar. The above mentioned land is undivided. In the month of December, 2009 Virender Singh S/O Sh. Hardev Singh R/O Vill. Saklog install Aircel tower in above mentioned land with Aircel company and agreed to paid the half of the share Rs. 2700/-, but his share has executed between accused and Aircel company. Accused did complainant forged signature and prepared forged document.  ASI Chaman Lal I/O of  P.S. Padhar is investigating the case .

 

 

C ASE OF SUICIDE

2        Case FIR No 324/12 dated 04/12/12 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jhabia Ram S/O Gokal R/O Chehar P.O. Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that his daughter Kanta Devi was married 19 years ago with Safria Ram S/O Bhadru Ram R/O Rasehar P.O. Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat on 29/11/12 she committed suicide due  to regular harassment by her husband. SI/SHO Reeta Sharma of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

  

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No 354/12 dated 04/12/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh in the  complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Kummi that on  04/12/12 he was coming back to home upon his motor cycle, Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O VPO Kummi was driving his motorcycle No (HP-33-4370) ahead of me. When they reached near Truck union at Ner Chowk about 6 pm, than one M/cycle bearing No HP-62A-1497 came from Sundernager side in rash speed and hit Sh. Devi Ram. The case is being investigated by ASI Baldev Singh I/O Balh.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND   THEFT

4        Case FIR No. 322/12 dated  5/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal Secretary Gram Panchayat Nagdhar that intervening the night of 3/4-12-12 some unknown culprits have stolen the Computer System of Gram Panchayat Nagdhar by breaking the lock of door.  HC Krishan Chand No. 900 I/O of  P.P.  Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5        92 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 12,700-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 3 challan were issued and fine of Rs.300 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
