CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT ,HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.219/12 dated 08/12/12 U/S 353, 332 , 504 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh. Harbans Pal S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O
Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi at present Driver of
Ambulance in Civil Hospital Sundernagar that on 07/12/12 at about
9:20 PM he went to the Kandhar along with Ambulance for emergency
delivery case and reached at about 11:30PM in mean time Hemraj S/O
Sh. Padmu Ram R/O Kandhar beat him up. HC Tara Singh No.876 I/O of
P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASEOF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
2 Case FIR No.324/12 dated 07/12/12 U/S 279 IPC& 184, 187 M.V. Act
has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ashutosh Pal
S/O NarenderPal Copra R/O House No.232/7 Upper Samkhetar Mandi that on
07/12/12 at about 11:10PM when he was present near by River Bank
Hotel Soulikhad along with their Vehicle No. (HP33-8180) in mean
time temo Swaraj Majda No.(HP68-0648) came very rashly and hit his
above said vehicle. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar is
investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 90 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 11950-/- was recovered
under MV Act and 10challan were issued and fine of Rs.1400 -/-
recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours
