CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 120/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Totu Ram R/O Vill. Ghropa PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/12 at about 04.45 PM he was going by his scooter (HP33-4035) along with his wife towards Pali and when they reached near Galyani Nullah a Mahindra pick-up having registration No. (HP32A-1237) came from Padhar side and hit his scooter. He along with his wife sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 369/12 dated 22/12/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Sayanh PO Lohara Tehsil & District Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/12 Raj S/O Sh. Shiv Kumar R/O Dhawan and his driver obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3. Case FIR No. 368/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Nanu Ram VPO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/12/12 some unknown culprits broke the lock of his house and stole away golden ornaments from his house having approximately value of Rs. 30,000/-. SI Chhotta Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 198/12 dated 21/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Banoun PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that at Banoun a tempo fell down from the road and one Vipan Sharma along with his nephew were boarded the same tempo. ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

5. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
