CRIME REPORT 7 NOV.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.323/12 dated 06/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kiran Kumar S/O  Sh. Keshav Dutt Sharma  R/O Natnehar P.O. Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/12 at about 7:10 PM while he was coming towards  Mandi from SauiKhad  and reached near by Bhuali Bridge in mean time Moter Cycle No.HP33A-1572  came very rashly  and hit the Truck No. (HP33C-1297) which causes the rider of the above said Moter cycle sustained injury. ASI Swaranroop Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

  CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT                      

2        Case FIR No. 218/12 dated 06/12/12 U/S 279, 336, 337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh.  SunderRam  S/O Sh.Budh Ram R/O Bayla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  that  on 06/12/12 at about 10:30 AM when he was present  at Slapper along with  RajinderKumar  im mean time  Truck No.(HP 58A-0395) came from Sundernagar  side  very rashly  and struck  him with wooden component located on the truck and  He sustained injury.  ASI Khalil Ahmed I/C of High Way   Patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No 325/12 dated 07/12/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered  in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint   of  Sh. Damoder Dass S/O Sh.  Mast Ram R/O &P.O. Barswan Tehsil Sader Distt Mandi that on  06/12/12 at about 08:30 PM   near Murari Devi temple Kusarighat when driver Roop Chand doing turn back  the  mini Bus  TATA 407  No. (HP 65-7538) then that bus fell down 200Mtr. downward  from  the road  . This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of the above said vehicle .HC Chaman Lal No 38 I/O of  P.P.  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

4        Case FIR No. 137/12 dated 06/12/12 U/S 430, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh.  Nahru S/O Sh.  Dholi  R/O  Kharmrar P.O.Thunag  Distt. Mandi  that on  05/12/12  karmu  and his wife  Tara damaged the water source of his water based flourmills(Gharat). ASI Naseeb Singh I/C of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case .

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

5        (1)  Rajesh kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Ustehar  Tehsil Baijnath Distt. kangra (H.P) (2)Mukesh @ Billa s/o Sh Mangal Dass R/O VPO Ganesh Bazar ward No 11  Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) has been arrested in Case FIR No 191/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 302,201 IPC . Arrested on 6/12/12  PS Joginder Nagar.

CHALLAN

6        77 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300-/- was recovered  under MV   Act and 1 challan were issued and fine of Rs.  200 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
