CASE OF CHEATING

 

1. Case FIR No. 334/12 dated 26/12/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Miss Manju Devi D/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Bhedi PO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/12/12 she received a call from phone No. 9188444367 that she has won a prize amounting to Rs. 2500000/-. If she deposits amount of Rs. 37500/- in account No. 20128805446  and Rs. 49500/- in account No. 6400000100039869 then she can received above mentioned amount of prize money. On this she deposited amount of Rs. 86000/- in above mentioned accounts but after depositing above mentioned amount in both accounts she has not been received any response. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

2.      Case FIR No. 375/12 dated 27/12/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Narender Pal Chopra S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Ghata PO Kimi Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits broke the door of his house during the intervening night of 26-27/12/12 and stole away some household articles (utensils) from his house having approximately cost of Rs. 15,000/-. ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3.      Case FIR No. 376/12 dated 27/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jaggi Prasad S/O Sh. Karan Prasad R/O Vill. Laharaja PO Sija Tehsil Hatsilajumla Distt. Jumla Nepal that today he boarded a bus (HP33-3326) and when said bus reached at Majehali he climbed up on the roof of said bus and when he was unloaded his luggage from the roof of said busd, driver started the bus at once and he fell down from the roof of said bus and got injuries on his backbone. HC Suman Kumar I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 338/12 dated 26/12/12 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Ranjeet Singh Incharge P.O. Cell Mandi that on 25/12/12 he along with his team arrested proclaimed offender Thakar Dass S/O Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Vill. Sanyardhi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) from Nurpur Distt. Kangra who is being produced before the Ld. Court. ASI Bidhi Chand I. O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

 

5.      Dead body of deceased Kalimenat S/O Sh. Lachu Ram R/O Vill. Paguloia PO Rampur Tehsil Kamadra Distt. Gumla Jharkhand presently working as chowkidar in Division No. 1 Uhal Project Jogindernagar was found near bus stand Jogindernagar. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out from C.H. Jogindernagar and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of P.S. Jogindernagar.

 

ANOTHER CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

 

6.      Dead body of deceased Sukh Dev S/O Late Sh. Badhan Majhi R/O Vill. Dakiya Bartoli PO Ghar Marmoli Tehsil Bartoli  Distt. Gumla Jharkhand presently working as labourer locally in the areas of Jogindernagar was found near Kuni bridge. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out from C.H. Jogindernagar and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of P.S. Jogindernagar.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING

 

7.      Deceased Hem Raj S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi aged about 51 years old died due to falling. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

8. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
