CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 351/12 dated 01/12/12 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Tikam Dass VPO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/12/12/ at about 8 PM Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Karmu VPO Barsu,  his wife Kanta Devi and Lekh Ram entered in his house and beat him up along with his wife Maya Devi and they sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 213/12 dated 01/12/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar n the complaint of Smt. Fimu Devi W/O Sh. Chander Mani R/O VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/12/12 at about 05.30 PM Lalit Kumar S/O Late Sh. Sita Ram obstructed her way and beat her up along with Meera Devi and also threatened to them and they also sustained injuries. ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER GAMBLING ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 01/12/12 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 01/12/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gawali near I & PH Store, in the mean time he found four persons were gambling in one under construction house. Above spot was raided in the presence of witnesses and he recovered playing cards and cash of worth Rs. 400/- from the possession of Tej Singh S/O Sh. Sumanu Ram R/O Gawali, Sita Ram S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Pundal, Achhar Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Sarwala and Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). All accused persons have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

  CASE OF DEATH DUE TO POISNING

4.      Mamta Devi D/O Sh. Baldev Chand R/O Vill. Chamyar PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 15 years old died due to consumption of some poisonous substance. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been taken by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat and dead body of the deceased has been handed over to the relatives of thed deceased after postmortem.

 

CHALLAN

  1. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 26 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 2600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
