CASE OF CHEATING & CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
1. Case FIR No. 337/12 dated 25/12/12 U/S 420,406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Gurnam Singh C/O M/S Bhagwati Automobiles Industrial Area Sauli Khud Mandi that Kripal Singh Neeldhari S/O Sh. Bishan Singh established a general store of N-Mart and sold fake coupons among the general masses. ASI Swaran Roop Singh I. O. of P. S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 87 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,400/- was recovered under M. V. Act and 17 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
