CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 11/12/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Gain Chand S/O Sh.Khindu Ram R/O Takoli P.O. Panarsa Distt. Mandi that on 11/12/12 at about 3:10 PM when he was present at Panarsa in mean time Santro Car No. (HP58-0032) came very rashly which was driven by the Khem Chand S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Hatt P.O.Bajoura Distt. Kullu and hit the child Prince Anmol S/OJasbir Singh R/O Bihali P.O. Largi Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu and he sustained injury. (Prob).SI Atti Devi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2 46 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 4700-/- was recovered under MV Act and 6 challan were issued and fine of Rs.600 -/- recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
