Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/4/2012 at about 7.30pm when he was coming from fair (Mela) at Dev Passakot temple along with Shesh Ram, Pritam Ram, Amar Singh at mean time Shiv Ram S/O Ghagru Ram R/O Vill Laharyan PO Thaltukhod Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt.Mandi obstruct his way and beaten him up.ASI Roop Singh I/O of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 68/12 dated 30/04/12 U/S 341/323/504/506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of of smt Madhu sharma W/O Suresh kumar R/O kohra PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi (H.P) that today i.e 30-4-12 at about 08-30 am when she was going to bring the water from tap at mean time her father -in-law Gandhi Ram came there and and obstructed her way and beat her up. 3. Case FIR No 107/12 dated 30/04/12 U/S 451,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complainant of Gambhir Chand S/O Sh. Mohan Lal Village Gobharta PO SarkiDhar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 29/04/12 at about 7.45 PM when he was in his shop at place Gobharta in the meantime Chint Ram S/O Keshav, her wife Dharma Devi and brother Mani Ram entered into his shop, abused and threatened him. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 37/12 dated 29/12/2012 U/S 341,323 and 34 IPC had been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh Ram Pal S/O Sh Lala Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that he is serving in the Army. Today on 29-4-12 at about 5.30 PM when he was on his M/Cycle near by Behali then Onkar, Subhas S/O Bhagat Ram stood on the road and obstructed his way and beat him up . ASI Hari Ram.I/O of PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. CASE FIR No.38/12 dated 29/4/12 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS BSL Cloney on the statement of Sh Muni Lal S/O Sh Sanga Tanjin r/o VPO Jungi Tehsil Morang Distt kinnaur (H.P) that they were coming from Morang to Rewalsar along with Car No (HP 27A-2020) which was driven by Sh Chhering Namgyal @ Sahil S/O Sh Kunthub Chhering VPO Jangi Tehsil Morang and five persons boarded above said vehile. When they reached near Kuparidhar car fell down from the road in a deep Nallah due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of the above said vehicle and lady Bhagan Dassi D/O Sh sonam Norgya R/O Jangi died on the spot while four other persons sitting in the car sustained injuries HC Sant Ram I/OPS BSL Colony is investigating the case .

Prob/SI Vinod kumar I/O of PS balh is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 131/12 dated 30/4/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registred in PS Balh on the complaint of Annant Ram S/O Bhura Ram Vill Sayahpo lohra Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/4/12 at about 10-45 am when he was present on his courtyard then Mohan lal ,Anil kumar, leela Devi came to his courtyard of his house and beat him up. Prob/ SI Vinod Kumar I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

Case FIR NO. 132/12 dated 30/4/12 U/S 341,336,504,509 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the of Bimla Devi W/O Roshan lal R/O vill Mundru po Taroh Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 27/4/12 at about 6-30 am when she was coming to her house in the meantime Nariender kumar S/O Roop Singh threw stones towards her side and obstructed her way for ½ hour. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

9. 111 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,450/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
