CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

1. Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 20/04/12 U/S 417,419,420,423,465,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Brastu Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Vill. Mangla PO Maramasit tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that Smt. Santi Devi W/O Late Sh.Durga Dass R/O Vill. Mangla PO Mairamasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been cheated him by transferring his land fraudulently to her name by preparing fake documents. SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 20/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling at Rangra and during the course of patrolling he recovered five liter illicit liquor from the possession of Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Rangra PO Kateru Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 54/12 dated 21/04/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Katheuni PO Brohakari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 20/04/12 he along with his wife Santi Devi, his son Yogesh and his daughter Savina were going towards his home at Kateuni by his car (HP03D-0192) and when they reached at Jach nullah, in the mean time a bus (HP65-2080) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and his wife and daughter sustained injuries. HC Prabhakar Ram is investigating the case.

4. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
