CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 20-61-85 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI  Trilok Chand I/O of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police near police station Karsog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 35 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Bhupal Singh S/O Sh.Adam Ram R/O Vill. Mahog PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by SI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Karsog.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Raeb Singh R/O Vill. Kelodhar PO  Presi Sub Tehsil Nihari Distt Mandi (HP) that on 31/03/12 Chet Ram, Tara Chand, Kumaru Ram and  Kalu Devi obstructed the way of Uma Dutt, Jhanu Ram, Meena Ram and  Chhabi Ram and they also beat them up and they sustained injuries. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION 

3. Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Smt. Bhadri Devi R/O Vill. Sakor Tehsil Sadar Distt. mandi that on 31/03/12 his minor daughter Shilpa went to GSSS(Girls) Mandi to whether she has passed the examination of 9^th class or not but she didn’t came back to home. He suspects that Gagan S/O Sh. Man Singh resident of the same locality kidnapped/abducted his daughter. SI Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 324, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Vill. Dhadwahan PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 at about 8 PM she was sleeping in her bedroom, in the mean time her mother in law attacked upon her with sharp weapon and she sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO ILLNESS

5. One Dumnu Ram S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O VPO Bhangartou Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi died due to illness on 01/04/12. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.

6. Case FIR No. 53/12 dated 02/04/12 U/S 324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balwinder Singh S/O Late Sh. Ram Dass R/O Tain PO Ootpur Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 Meena Devi, her daughter Renu, sons Jitender and Vikku beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Govind Ram  I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 54/12 dated 02/04/12 U/S 324,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Late Sh. Prem Singh R/O Tain PO Ootpur Tehsil Lasdbharol Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 Balwinder S/O Sh. Ram Dass resident of same locality beat her up along with her daughter Renu. ASI Govind Ram I/C PP Ladbharol is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No. 80/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Gaiari Bhaderpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/04/12 he was going to his home, on the way Uttam Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Pounta and Dinesh Kumar S/O  Sh. Gian chand  R/O Bahi PO Pounta obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ajeet Singh I/C PP Hattli is investigating the case.

PREVENTIVE ARREST

9.      Dharampal S/O Sh. Traharu Ram R/O Village Sanour PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi  arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. on 01/04/12 by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of  PP Dharampur  who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

10. 81 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 13 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.1,300/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
