CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S  20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S.  Balh that on 03/04/12 at about 9.15 AM when he reached  Reliance Communications at Gutkar with police party he found that Gaurav Kashayap S /O Gokal Ram R/O VPO  Nankhari Distt. Shimla standing along with Sh. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Sh. Durga Dass Manager Reliance  Communications and other security persons. During personal search of aforesaid Gaurav Kahsayap he recovered 10 Gram cannabis (charas) from his pocket. ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

2. Case FIR No 50/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Massadi Ram S/O Sh. Padam Ram R/O Khilra PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi HP that on 31/03/12  at about 8.00 PM  he was present in his cow shed, in the mean time Suresh Kumar S/O Tulsi Ram R/O Khilra P/O Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar entered in his cow shed and beat him up.   HC Ravinder Singh No 863 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 71/12 dated. 02/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on  complaint of Smt. Shanta Devi W/O Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 30/03/12 she went to Z.H. Mandi along with her husband for taking her X-Rays test/examination. During the course of taking X-Ray she removed her Mangal Sutra, Chain and ear ring of gold and put them in her purse. A set of mobile and cash of worth Rs. 2500/- was also available in her purse.  After X-Rays she found that her purse was not there and she suspect that her purse along with above articles was stolen away by Dalip Singh who carried out her X-Rays.  H.C. Inder Singh I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4.  74 Challans were issued  and  fine of Rs. 13,850/-  was recovered  under M.V.Act, 10 Challan  were issued under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1,000/-  was recovered  and 3 challan were issued under Mining Act.
