CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.     Case FIR No.41/12 dated 7/4/12 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC has been registered  in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nikhil Raj S/O Sh. Tilak Raj  Vill. Phatoh PO Bhager Tehsil Gumarwin Distt. Bilaspur at present C/O Student of MG Collage Badhu Distt. Mandi that on 4/4/12 at about 6 pm he and his friend Pawan Negi were coming back from the Badhu Bazzar to his hostel and in the meantime Smt.Koshilya Devi , Shodha Devi , Ankush and other 6/7 girls came there and they all obstructed his way and beat  him up.  Case is being investigating by the HC Prabhakar Ram I/O PS Gohar.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 42/12 dated 7/04/12 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has bben registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev S/O Sh. Ram Krishan at present Principal M.G.I.G.T.Bhadhu Tehsil Chachoit Distt. Mandi that on 4/4/12 at about 7.45pm Sh. Nikhil S/O Sh.Tilak Raj Distt. Bilaspur at present Student M.G. Polytechanical Badhu entered into girl hostel in drunken condition and started beating girls and hostel Warden. HC Inder Singh No.35 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the Case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR.No. 30/12 dated 7/4/12 U/S 279, 337IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Neem Chand S/O Sh. Chhaju Ram R/O Vill. Balag PO Balag Tehsil Sunder Nagar that on 7/4/12 he was going to his home along with Bhagat Ram driver Jeep No HP 65 0188 at about 5.30 PM while said jeep reached near Jandroh in the mean time one M/CYCLE  No HP 31 4981 on  which three persons were sitting came from Kateru side very rashly and negligently hit with the above said  jeep. This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the rider of the above said M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC. Sant Singh N0 8 I/O of PS BSL COLONY SNR.

CASE OF THE PUBLIC SAFETY

4.     Case FIR No.43/12 dated 8/4/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar  by the HC Deep Chand No. 910 that  today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at the Chail Chownk Bazaar the he found that the owner of the private Bus No HP 65 7576  Roshan Lal Thakural S/O Gain Ram Vill. Bhaur P.O.Kanaid Tehsil SunderNagar parked his bus on the road which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Deep chand No. 910 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5.     Case FIR No. 44/12 dated 8/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Hans Raj that today at about 11.45 am when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at the Chail Chownk Bazzar then he found that the owner of the private bus No HP34 A 3684 Murari lal S/O Bhup  Singh Vill. Ghanyari P.O.Gohar parked his bus on the road which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. Case is being investigated by the ASI HansRaj I/O P.S. Gohar.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6.     Case Fir No. 37/12  dated 8/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Prakarm  No. 904 that  today  at about 1.15 pm he was on patrolling along with other police official at the Aut bazzar then he found that Man Dass S/o Shesh Ram R/O Panou P.O.Aut  Distt. Mandi was selling the Manyari Material on the road which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Prakarm I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

7.     70 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 10,500/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 8 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
