CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- A case FIR No. 72/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kishore Kumar Verma S/O Sh. Ram Lal that he was going to Kataula by his M/Cycle (HP33A-8046) and when he reached near Pullgharat, driver of car No. (HP76-1600) turned his car suddenly and struck with his M/Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of TTR wing is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No 51/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 353,332,504,212,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Groudu P/O Kalkhar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi at present driver with HRTC bus which was bound from Tulah to Shimla. On 03/04/12 at 1.10 P.M. when he was going from Tulah to Shimla and when he reached at Sundernagar Bus Stand he stopped said bus for boarding and un-boarding of passengers. Some time after he started said bus, two persons were standing in front of his bus. He blew the horn for clearance of the passage. On this they both manhandled him and beat him up. One person was caught by the officials of HRTC staff and handed over to the HHG Dharam Singh who was on traffic duty at Bus Stand Sundernagar but said Dharam Singh sent him away. SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HANGING.
3. Today at about 08.30 AM Pradhan G.P. Bhaur informed telephonically that Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Udham Singh R/O Halel PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi died by hanging herself in her house. SI Madan Lal along with party visited the spot and postmortem of the dead body was carried out at C.H. Sundernagar. After postmortem dead body was handed over to her relatives and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was also conducted by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No 81/12 dated 03/04/12 2 U/S 498A, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Smt. Priyanka W/O Sh. Pradeep Kumar Vill. Bhadehad PO Kuja Balh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Pradeep Kumar during the year 2008. After three months of her marriage her husband Pradeep Kumar, father-in-law Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Parma Ram, Mother in law Neema Devi and Brother in law Sanjeev Kumar started to torture and harass her and they also demanded more dowry from her parents. ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Sandhole is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT
- Case FIR No 82/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 147/149/325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Babita Devi W/O Pradeep Kumar village Chandesh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 02/04/12 she was beaten by Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram, Santosh Kumar S/O Prabhu Ram, Geeta Devi W/O Prabhu Ram, Seema Devi W/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar and Meena Kumari W/O Sh.Santosh Kumar and MO of R.H. Sarkaghat opined grievous hurt as per MLC received from R.H. Sarkaghat. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
DEATH DUE TO FALLING
- Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill. Khalag PO Loungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi died on 03/04/12 due to felling down from the house ladders of his house during the intervening night of 02-03/04/12. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of Police Post Dharmpur.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
7. Case FIR No. 99/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Gurdas R/O VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 03/04/12 when he was constructing a retaining wall, his elder brother Chaman Lal came and beat him up. HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Gurdas R/O VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that 03/04/12 his brother Sukh Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND FORGERY
- Case FIR No. 101/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 409,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.s. Balh on the written letter received from the S.P., SV &ACB Central Range, Mandi that Ram Chander S/O Sh. Lalman R/O Rigar PO Rajgarh Distt. Mandi the then Secretary, Koyla Bhagwati Sewa Co-operative Society Rajgarh Distt . Mandi has cheated upon the members of Society and the Co-Operative Bank Nerchowk by not depositing the amount of installments deposited by the loanees and by getting the outstanding loan waived off and causing wrongful loss to the tune of Rs. 43803/- to the state exchequer. SI Rajinder Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
- 86 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,200/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 8 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 2 challan were issued under Mining Act.
